WARRANTY
Free return:
We guarrantee each Kystol knife our customers received is free of defect in material, appearance and function. When you find your knife is defective, please contact service@kystolknives.com with the problem and we will help you return it or refund you according to your willingness, at the expense of Kystol.
Non-free service:
- Exceptionally, if you accord yourself to a refunding with a non-defective Kystol product, please contact service@kystolknives.com as well, and we will just charge you the delivery cost only.
- This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser. We might charge you a fee for return shipment if we come to the conclusion that your knife was damaged due to one of the following reasons:
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
- Failure to care, clean and maintain your knife
- Damage due to self-repair, modifications, normal wear or dismantling.
- Broken knife tips, discolorations and rust spots.
